Well, I was hoping to have a new exciting blog ready for all of my readers, but unfortunately, there is nothing exciting to write about. It seems that life is sitting like a stale crouton on a limp salad...dripping with thin blue cheese dressing and topped in bright red imitation bacon pieces.
Marisa and I went to Splurge at the movies on Tuesday with Nanako and saw the movie Jumper...that should have been a kids movie, because I know as a child, I always thought it would be cool to be able to travel from place to place with the simple act of thinking about it. We got the Fred and Ginger and between the 3 of us could not finish the whole thing. I drank almost an entire large Diet Dr. Pepper. Also on the menu was raisinets and strawberry sour punch straws. I want to see the movie (There Will Be Blood). Can't think of any others that have caught my attention.
Well, back to doing whatever it is that I do.

Exciting blog
Well, my blogs thus far have not been very exciting, however, I plan on putting more time into creating more interesting blogs. These new blogs will have all sorts of interesting insights into the world that we are part of, and the creatures that dwell in it with us. I will introduce an interesting topic, for example deep sea exploration and will invite others to comment on it. That will be starting with the next blog.
For now, I am in the computer lab at Horace Mann. I took my car to the shop today for new tires and an oil change. I accepted the opportunity to get a ride in a tow truck and it was pretty cool. I took my car to Nail's on the corner of 13th and Hillside. The manager Larry is pretty cool.

President's day
Well today is president's day and I have the day off because school is not in session. I am going to Wellington with Marisa to pick up her uncle. One of my childhood friends Jon lives there I think, I haven't seen that kid in over ten years.

first 48
One of my favorite shows as of late is the first 48. It is a crime show on A&E which tells two stories of murder and what the detectives go through in the first 48 hours after a crime. The details on this show are great...obviously there is an editing process, but for the most part, you get to see what happens during the investigation's first 48 hours.
There are scenes of brutality and also shocking interrogation video where suspects break down and cry and witnesses rat out their own family members. If you are a fan of these types of shows, then I would highly recommend it.
